They have fifteen years' experience in media production, mostly in documentary, human rights and social justice. And before that, another 15 overlapping years of work in various contact centers--everything from catalog orders, to high volume sales and customer service roles of all kinds. 

Now, they are developing a new model of contact service, specifically for the practice of peer support. Just with a squished hierarchy, and more dignified pay and benefits for the service providers -- as it should be: No less than $25 an hour, and benefits day-one as your own independent business owner.
